Mid-Day Shred (30 min)

All levels of fitness are encouraged to attend, modifications are always given so that you too can get back in the game! Run, Jump, Skip, Hop, Squat, Pull and Push! Learn to move again with challenging drills, skills.

This half hour shred is full of challenging bodyweight exercises. You will also learn proper form and train your body to work more efficiently with balanced warm ups, weight training and cardiovascular intervals.
